Turnkey Projects:
Swastik has executed various large Turnkey projects involving total designs, engineering, procurement, and constructions of storage tanks for its valued clients across in India.

Swastik has designed fabricated and erected ATF Tanks, undergrounds storage, fixed roof and floating roof tanks (12000 MT approximately) complete with civil foundation, piping electrical and instrumentation work. These facilities were developed to process feed stocks for producing specialty products of Oil and Gas Industry. 

Swastik is presently engaged in fabrication and erection of Normalizing, Tempering, Austenizing Furnaces. The Furnaces have been manufactured as per the design of World Leaders in heat treatment furnaces M/s. LOI Germany. The Furnaces are mock assembled, dismantled and re-assembled at Project owners steel complex at Hazira. The total tonnage of fabrication and erection are in excess of 1000 MT.

Swastik has handled turn key execution of vacuum heater associated Fumes Stacks for refinery including associated process piping, refractory lining insulation 500 Tons approx. Swastik has also handled detailed engineering, construction and erection of 65mtr long weighing 90 Tons Fume Stacks for Fertilizers Plant in Mumbai. 

Swastik has executed detailed engineering, procurement and construction of Hydrogen Storage and handling facilities and related civil, electrical and instrumentation work required for operating the facility. Swastik has also fabricated and erected laminar Strip cooling system for Hot Strip Mill alongwith water cool moving elbow of around 3000MT at Hazira.
